Selbyville Christmas Parade Is Canceled

We still have the SDSA "Yard Sale" Saturday from 8AM to 1PM. I am leaving my house at 7:30AM. We will probably play from 9-9:45, 10:30-11:15, and maybe 12:00-12:30. You may come for some or all of it. We'll set up Friday at after school juggling.
We'll load the bus for Saturday night by 12:30. Also, I'll need students or parents to sell Plenty Problems and Golden Hands stuff at our table.

Saturday night at Mango's in Bethany is for "Plenty Problems"; that is the band members that were around this summer, or I will ask you. We will set up at 6:00PM and play from 7-9 with breaks. There will be a lot of great food. Hawaiians and black pants/shoes.

The Juggling peformance is next Saturday in Sharptown, MD. I'll be taking up to ten jugglers. We also have the Rehoboth bandstand (steel drums )from 1-3PM.We'll leave from my house right after getting back from Rehoboth.

Tonight

The Church(from Ocean View) is west past St. George's church where 26 bears right,and straight towards Frankford on Omar Rd. The Bethel Tabernacle is about a mile west on the left. Set up again is around 6:30. If you need to come to my house, I'll be leaving around 6:15.Polos and Khakis.

Saturday November 18th-Bethel Tabernacle “Coffee House” Frankford. 6:30PM set up to play 7:30-8:30. Polos and Khakis

Saturday November 25th-Bethany Beach Fire Hall 4-7PM. Set up at 3:30PM. Polos and Khakis

Friday December 1st –Selbyville Parade 5:30PM line up to begin at 7PM. We will stay for after school jugging, practice, and food.

Saturday December 2nd- SDSA yard sale 8AM to 1PM. We will have a table to sell shirts and CD’s of ours and Golden Hands. Drums will be set up Friday and we will probably play around 9:30 to twelve with a break. Polos and Khakis

Saturday December 2nd- Mango Mikes, Bethany Beach 7PM set up to play from 8 to9? Selected small band. Hawaiians and Black

Monday December 4th- Georgetown Cheer Center. Leaving school around lunch and back before dismissal. Selected students, polos and Khakis.

Thursday December 7th – Georgetown Parade. Leaving from SDSA at 4:30PM for 7PM parade.

Friday December 8th- Ocean View West Park 5:30 set up to play from 6-7PM

Saturday December 9th- Rehoboth bandstand 1-3PM. Leaving my house at 12noon . Polos and Khakis

Thursday December 14th- Bay Center Dewey Beach. Leaving SDSA at lunch (11:20) to set up at 12noon and return to SDSA for dismissal. Selected students with Polos and Khakis.

Fun Times at Return Day-Take The Weekend Off!

PRACTICE-THANKS FOR THE GREAT TURN OUT

The band has a good base of Christmas songs now. Thanks to the hard work of all who showed and Apple's quick arranging.The band sounds good and getting bigger.
WEDNESDAY- Tom and Donna Clark will be with us again.Practice tomorrow will continue after school until 5:00. We'll try to get some food and leave the school at 5:30.Set up at North Georgetown Elem. is 6:00PM, play at 6:30PM and leave by 7:30. I was hoping not to go to Selbyville, and be back to my house at 8:15PM.

RETURN DAY- CORRECTION. I will be at SDSA until 11:00AM , so if you need a ride, you'll have to meet me there. Set up at the Georgetown Circle is as soon as I can get there close to 11:30AM, so we can play at 12:00 to 1:00PM- at the latest. We then have to get the drums over to the Gtown train station to play at 3:00.We'll be done around four, and back at my house at 5:30PM. Polos and Khakis for all performances. No performances this weekend or next week until Saturday the 18th in Frankford at 7:30PM.

Practice is on For Sunday Nov. 5th

12-3PM is the practice time today; we'll have some food around 2:30 and drinks. Please come if you can, so that we'll have at least one Christmas song. It looks like band members are coming from all directions, so you should be able to get a ride.
I would like to have a practice on Tuesday, election day, so let me know Steel, The
Show on Monday. As mentioned before, there will be an after school practice on Wednesday, a show that night, and two Return Day shows. Check a previous post below.
Most of you still have not told me of your Thanksgiving plans for the benifit we are doing.Let me know soon.
