NEWS FLASH-WE WILL BE PERFORMING ON THE NEW BETHANY BEACH BANDSTAND MONDAY JULY 3RD

Everyone is invited as this will be a large event.Black Polos and khakis for this one.
I will get there at 6:30PM, and will perform at 7:30 for about an hour.

Please look below at all the shows for this weekend, and be sure to tell me whether or not you can participate. This week will go quickly.

REST UP FOR JULY 4TH WEEKEND

There will be no practice or performances this week until Saturday,July 1st and we have two on Saturday, three on Sunday. Since they occur at the same time I have split the band below:
5-7PM TOLL BROTHERS- WHITE'S CREEK AT BETHANY. Turn at the Food Lion light in Millville toward's White's Creek Manor. Turn right on Clubhouse road and go the the model home on the left after about a mile.

YES, PERFORMANCE TOMORROW, JUNE 25TH 11:00-1:00PM

We will be performing at Melvin Just pond on Sunday, tomorrow from 11:00AM to 1:00PM.I will leave in the bus at 10:15. The pond is off route 26 heading west, a left on Wingate road by the Heavens Gate Cemetary, and on the right. Free admission, food, fishing, and shooting.

PRACTICE IS ON FOR TODAY THURSDAY JUNE 22ND FROM 11:00-3:00





Though some of us are tired from yesterday's performances, we need need to finish Apple's arrangement today and Red Red Wine as well. We have one performance on Sunday.

I will be in Chicago next week, so you'll get a break until the weekend.

WARNING: TO THOSE READING THIS WHO ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN SUMMER PRACTICE AND PERFORMANCES OR ARE NOT COMMUNICATING AS TO THE REASONS WHY, YOU WILL BE CUT FROM NEXT YEARS SDSA FLEX PERIOD AND THE BAND. 3 PERFORMANCES TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY JUNE 21ST

The bus leaves my house at 7:30 AM to Georgetown McDonald's at 8:15. From there we go to Milton to the Shell's recreation Center off Rt.16 for the graduation ceremony from 9:30 to 11:30AM.

From there we go to Millsboro civic center for the seniors at 12:45 to 2:00PM

From there we will go to Bishopville, MD. to unload drums for our 7-10PM performance for selected players.

We will get back to my house at 4:00PM. The bus stays home for the night, and I'll pick up the drums on Thursday morning; so if you are selectd and need a ride tomorrow night, I can take four, but some will have to car pool.

Thanks to all members who attended one,two,three,or all four performances!






We had a record day;four shows. Yes it was hard.

Practice was Thursday working on Red, Red, wine. We had an unposted practice, so only those who stayed Thursday knew about it. This smaller group learned an Apple
arrangement called " It's so nice to be loved by who" and is a nice change for the band.This will be finished on Tuesday 6/20 from 11:00-3:00 at my house. Yes,PRACTICE THIS TUESDAY.

PERFORMANCES WEDNESDAY: Milton Graduation in the morning. 7-9PM party in Bishopville Maryland. Details coming.

Practice and performances this week-June14-17th

Practice is on for Thursday at Syphard's house from 11:00AM-3:00PM to work on sheet music, an Apple arrangement, and to pass on songs. Lunch provided.

Possible juggling performance on Friday. Details coming

Saturday-DFRC Blue Gold 5K atIrish eyes on the canal in Lewes. Bus leaves my house at 6:30. Set up by 7:45, run at 8, and play at 8:30-10:00AM.

Dewey Beach Lions club maybe at 10:45-11:30AM 0n Mckinley street, bayside north of the Rudder in Dewey.

Island Art Gallery at Noon-2:00PM in Fenwick Island.Food provided
